We are looking for a Retention Manager for one of our investment products (dating app).

Your main tasks will be:

    • Generating hypotheses and preparing their descriptions
    • Improving funnel from registrations to confirmation and sales
    • Segmentation of clients and analysis of client metrics
    • Creating and launching promotional campaigns and trigger chains
    • Conducting A/B tests and analyzing the results
    • Interacting with UX, copywriters, development, data analysts teams
    • Development of new communication channels

    We expect from you:

    • Experienced with CRM/CDP Systems, HTML, Google Sheets / Excel, Jira / Confluence, Any BI-systems
    • Understanding the main CRM metrics and business-metrics of the b2c product
    • English level B2 or higher
    • Experience with SQL would be a plus
