Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for luxury travel? As a Travel Consultant, you’ll play a key role in crafting world-class, personalized travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals. You’ll be selling exclusive private jet programs (priced between $150K – $170K per person) and guiding clients through every step of the journey—from initial discovery to final booking and beyond.

This role is perfect for motivated, growth-minded sales experts who thrive on building relationships and delivering exceptional service. This role is remote working with travel approx. 4 times a year to sales and marketing meetings, business updates, and events.

What we’ll offer:

  • Competitive Compensation plan: Base $72K- $77K with generous incentive scheme (OTE - $93k-$100k/yr plus) USD from year 1

What you’ll do:

  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone and email from prospective clients
  • Create custom itineraries combining guest requests and insights and recommendations on their trip
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospects and qualify leads and proactively follow up through the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales forecasts in Salesforce
  • Supervise client issues, feedback, and timelines, ensuring client issues are handled effectively and quickly, raising to Director of Sales when needed
  • Provide regular sales insights and improvement strategies to the wider teams
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with the Director of Sales
  • Assist with travel agent training (webinars & in-person) and attend ongoing training sessions
  • Knowledge of all company Health & Safety standards and execution of applicable responsibilities is outlined in the company Safety Management System (SMS).

  • Proven relationship-based phone sales experience with HNW clients (travel sales a plus)
