Role Summary
The role holder is accountable for defining, developing and implementing the Maintenance and Managed Services strategy within the relevant business unit and delivery of the M&MS ratio.
The role holder leads and manages a team and is responsible for providing direction for continuous service improvement, risk management and service level management across the customer accounts.
