This role if for the fixed term contract up to 18 months.

Your role:

As a Procurement Subject Matter Expert, you will be a vital member of the Life Science ERP project build and/or rollout teams within the procurement organization, collaborating closely with key stakeholders. You will need to build strong relationships across departments, so effective communication and collaboration skills will be crucial part of your role. You will be involved in multiple projects enabling successful indirect procurement process automation. You will gather, validate, and manage requirements for SAP MM (Sourcing and Procurement) modules integrated with SAP Ariba Buying, use best practice and Procurement systems knowledge to influence best in class set up and process. Also, actively contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance project execution and ensure successful outcomes and lead testing execution for SAP implementations, including developing test cases and coordinating user acceptance testing.

Who you are:

• More than 4 years’ experience in SAP ERP projects with SAP Ariba integration in an international environment in the role of business expert, detailed understanding of indirect procurement processes.
• Good understanding of SAP tools that enable indirect procurement: SAP MM (Sourcing and Procurement), SAP Ariba (Buying and Commerce automation).
• Strong analytical skills to assess procurement processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to positively influence stakeholders.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (project around the world) to accommodate stakeholder needs and project demands.
• Project Management Communications preferred
