3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on process optimization and technology adoption.
Solid understanding of business process design, identifying inefficiencies and proposing technological solutions to improve workflows.
Proven ability to drive change and adoption of new technologies, particularly in the context of self-service analytics.
Experience in onboarding, training, and upskilling teams, with a focus on building analytics capabilities within business units.
Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI, Metabase Tableau, Looker, etc), with the ability to guide others in using these tools for data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively manage stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to design and implement effective training materials and programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
Experience in measuring and evaluating the success of technology adoption initiatives and assessing risks associated with self-service analytics programs.
Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent), with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
Background in business, analytics, or a related field, with a demonstrated passion for empowering business teams to harness the power of data.
