Technical Content Writer (US shift) - Remote

Job Summary:

Adit is seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to develop high-quality documentation for our product in the U.S. Healthcare IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise content, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research and gather technical information through collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), team meetings, and documentation reviews.

• Develop, edit, and maintain user manuals, technical guides, FAQs, and other end-user documentation.

• Ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to documentation standards, style guides, and best practices.

• Manage and track documentation deliverables to align with product development timelines.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and support teams to improve the clarity and effectiveness of technical content.

• Identify potential risks in documentation processes and implement mitigation strategies to meet deadlines.

• Utilize industry-standard tools for content creation, formatting, and publishing.

• Support multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• 4–6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-driven environment.

• Prior experience in U.S. Healthcare IT or international healthcare domains is highly advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in documentation tools and content creation software.

• Strong technical editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, industry terminology, and best practices in healthcare technology documentation is a plus

• US shift (6:00 pm to 3:00 am)
