We are looking for an International Account Manager to join our Corporate International team. For this role you will be responsible for managing and developing the sales, profitability and contractual compliance of an agreed portfolio of international customers. You will work in partnership with your customers and our international subsidiaries to maximise business potential and achieve profitability.

As an International Account Manager your responsibilities are:
To develop and deploy commercial strategies and solutions to gain a competitive advantage and deliver a return on investment.
To identify key decision makers and influencers in all relevant markets and regularly engage with them to understand their needs and develop and deploy effective strategies to maximise global penetration.
To regularly engage with the local teams across our international markets to work collaboratively to develop and deploy market leading solutions.
To continuously identify and develop ‘workplace solutions’ growth opportunities to grow your customers to the level agreed by the senior management.
To negotiate competitive and mutually advantageous contracts and ensure that all contractual terms are understood, implemented and continuously adhered to by all local subsidiaries.
To proactively develop retention strategies within a timely manner in order to retain business at a commercial level agreed by the senior management.
To regularly analyse and report on past and future commercial activity to a standard that is agreed by the senior management.
The ideal International Account Manager will :
Experience at leading and working within domestic and international matrix teams to foster collaboration and grow our business.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of the sales and business development cycle.
Ability to identify growth opportunities, create a need and negotiate, close and implement them in a timely manner.
Ability to identify key stakeholders and build engaging relationships to leverage growth opportunities and customer retention
Ability to create tailored solutions to meet the business requirements of the customer.
