Territory Manager - Neurosurgery & General Surgery - British Columbia - Grow Your Career in Medical Device Sales!
We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our Codman Specialty Surgical (CSS) team in British Columbia. This role focuses on driving sales growth within the neurosurgery and general surgery markets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and providing expert product support. This home-office location is British Columbia (Lower Mainland based)
Key Responsibilities:
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and clinics.
Provide expert clinical support during surgical procedures.
Manage territory budget and expenses effectively.
Utilize Salesforce.com for customer relationship management and sales reporting.
Lead tender and RFP processes, collaborating with internal teams to secure contracts.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of CSS product specifications and clinical applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 3 years of medical device sales experience, with a focus on OR and ICU environments.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing market share.
Strong understanding of the neurosurgery and general surgery markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other CRM systems.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic territory plans.
Excellent computer skills.
