Analyst - Legal Spend (US)

Elevate is recruiting an Analyst - Legal Spend to implement legal spend services for our customers. Pacific and Mountain time zones preferred.

Specifically, the Analyst - Legal Spend will

• Provide legal bill analysis support.
• Review law firm bills to ensure compliance with the customers litigation handling guidelines.
• Promote best practice bill submission and review procedures and identify opportunities to improve billing guidelines.
• Support customers with analytics, strategy, and reporting.
• Help develop best practices, train new team members, and support customers in more advanced management analytics.

Experience

• 1+ years spend analysis, bill review auditing experience, business analyst, or finance experience.
• Prior experience as an attorney, paralegal, legal spend analyst, legal bill auditor, legal bill reviewer, or billing coordinator for a law firm is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using major eBilling software vendors, including Mitratech, CT Tymetrix, Datacert, Bridgeway, and others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation

• The pay rate for this remote-based role is $55,000-80,000/year based on job-related skills, experience, level, and location. In addition, Elevate offers full-time employees a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.
