Job description

Elevate is recruiting Editors to join our team. Editors are responsible for ensuring proper grammar, formatting, branding, and content of sensitive reports containing patient medical and billing information.

We are seeking candidates who can offer 30-40 hours of availability per week.

Specifically, the Editor will

Review small to large Excel workbooks and Word documents for accurate application of formulas, correct data cross-references, and consistent analysis.
Copy edit based on internal style guide.
Format borders, shading, fonts, branding elements, page scale, and print area.
Transfer data to templated Excel files.
Format and create final PDF's according to Elevate branding guidelines.
Work collaboratively in a team environment to proactively resolve inaccuracies.

Experience

Previous professional employment required.
Professional writing and/or editing experience highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Must have some experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this contract position is $20/hour.
