DUTIES ON DECK
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of travel deal experts and social media managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Setting the editorial strategy for HolidayPirates' operations in France, ensuring it resonates with the French-speaking audience.
  • Discovering and curating incredible travel deals tailored to the French market, offering unbeatable value that inspires people to pack their bags.
  • Creating and editing engaging, informative articles to help French travelers experience the world on a budget.
  • Managing content campaigns with partners across the French travel industry, collaborating with our key-account team.
  • Planning and and delivering internal training sessions to enhance team performance and expertise.
  • Reporting to the Head of Market with detailed analysis and tracking of relevant KPIs.
  • Conducting ongoing market and competition analysis to maintain leadership in the French travel industry.
YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE
  • 4+ years of professional experience in the digital travel environment, with a focus on the French market.
  • Proven track record as an empathetic and effective team leader.
  • Demonstrable xperience in defining and executing an editorial strategy tailored to the needs of a French-speaking audience.
  • Impeccable French-language skills, with the ability to coach others in grammar, style, and tone.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies that resonate with French audiences.
  • Strong expertise in researching French travel deals and familiarity with key research tools.
  • Experience collaborating with external partners to deliver successful campaigns tailored to the French market.

  • Location: Preferably based in Paris or surrounding areas. Living in France is mandatory.
