Job description

Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Intern at Nexus Digital Marketing, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced digital marketing environment. You will work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, employee engagement, training and development initiatives, and other HR-related tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources within the digital marketing industry.
Location - Andheri East
Working days - Monday to Friday
Stipend - 5000 per month

Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with job posting creation and distribution on various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Employee Engagement:
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in gathering feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Administration:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including file management, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Assist with maintaining HR databases and employee records.
  • Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
Duration and Compensation:
  • This is a paid internship position with flexible hours.
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Start Date: Immediate / 15 days
