Recruitment Support:
Assist with job posting creation and distribution on various platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation.
Employee Engagement:
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
Assist in gathering feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups.
Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
HR Administration:
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including file management, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist with maintaining HR databases and employee records.
Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.

This is a paid internship position with flexible hours.
