Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
Ensuring timely preparation of daily weekly and monthly revenue reports and assisting in monthly MIS closures.
Responsible to ensure the internal control framework is strong and is relevant to the business.
Identifying areas for cost reductions across franchises and suggesting operational improvements.
Ability to understand accounting/ operational processes quickly, identify gaps, and guide /drive improvements.
Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
Assist in managing the receivables and payables, cashflow management, identifying and suggesting the necessary improvements in related processes, and wherever necessary, leading and implementing the vertical initiatives.
Monthly closure of books and closely monitoring and leading the accounting team.
