Roles and Responsibilities
Handle all the recruitments in unit level
Conduct staff engagement activities
Handling all staff grievances
Interact with all related government bodies like health, labour etc
Submit LWF, PT on time.
Control cafeteria cost and quality
Control staff accommodation and transportation
