• Providing brand visual direction, and creating social media content (video and static).
• Preparing creatives for various brand collaterals and marketing touchpoints
• Studying design briefs and determining requirements
• Scheduling projects and defining budget constraints
• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas
• Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Working with copywriters and creative directors to produce the final design
• Testing graphics across various media
• Amending designs after feedback
• Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
What are we looking for?
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
• 3d rendering and Video Editing is a must
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Demonstrated experience owning the original creative concept and directing the successful execution of that idea.
• Worked closely with the marketing and production team in creative concept meetings for campaign development and estimation of production time.
• Explored new possibilities through innovation and visualization, ensuring that the creative concepts were appropriate for each project.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
