A. Sales:
- Identifying and Meeting Prospective Clients in the Region, Following up on all Sales Leads for Projects; Coordinating with the client for all clarifications
- Meeting potential leads; Conducting Site Visits, collecting all information required for making the proposal
- Coordinating with the Design Team for sending proposals
- Coordinating for bank finance for the client with a local bank, or financial institution
- Setting up Meetings with the client for senior management to visit
- Meeting Sales Targets
B. Business Development:
- Lead generation of prospective clients in the assigned region from the field through various business development activities
- Meeting industry associations, govt departments, etc to generate leads and interests; Arranging and giving presentations to the members of industry associations and getting them interested
- Meeting banks, regional industrial offices, industry development boards to get lists of large industries in the region
- Meeting selected architects, CA and engineers and other companies who may give leads of prospective clients
- Keeping track of events, conferences in the assigned region and participating in them
- Meeting lead generation targets
