Location: Remote with tax residency in Germany, the UK or Spain


To support our sales team, we are looking for a Technical Sales Agent.


Tasks

  • Provide telephone and written consultation/support to our customers with a high level of quality awareness

  • Handle product inquiries, send offers and quotes, follow up via email and telephone

  • No cold calling required! We only sell to customers who contact us.

  • Proactive communication with customers and suppliers in case of delivery delays or other issues related to an order

  • Close collaboration with our technical team, especially on cross-project topics or the launch of new products/features

  • Collect and share common customer concerns for our FAQ section


Requirements

At least one year of work experience in a sales role (ideally on the phone) or relevant experience in ecommerce/ customer service/ consultation



  • Native or C2 English language skills

  • German and/ or Spanish language skills would be good but are not a strict requirement

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills

  • Interest in technology willingness to learn about our products and tools

  • Experience in consulting for industrial or complex products is a big plus

  • Organized, team-oriented, and reliable work ethic as well as a strong desire to make customers happy
