Job description

Location: Home-based within a commutable distance of our Darlington Head Office, as you'll occasionally be required to be onsite.

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary: Up to £45,000 (dependant on experience)

About you:

Experience in business systems/application support
Strong leadership and team management skills
SQL Database knowledge & basic network configuration
Ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues.
Understanding of change processes in a multi-business environment
Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
Desirable: Experience with CRM, insurance, claims handling, or repair booking systems
