The Strategic Account Team Lead is a critical point of contact for Strategic accounts. The position is responsible for selling company product and services into these accounts and supporting the outside sales force.  The STL maintains and in-depth knowledge of strategic customer requirements.  The STL is to be an advocate for the customer and all TTM plants.  The STL will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining customer score cards.  The STL is responsible for working with the factories to keeps the scores in good standing.  Works with the Sr. Director, Strategic Sales Team and outside sales to identity value added opportunities with the customer. Manages customer communications with the plants and resolves customer related issues.  Key TTM resource for managing the customer relationship and communicating changes in the marketplace.  Provides input to strategic planning, business development processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Field Sales
  • Responsible for growing profitable revenue and market share from customers assigned to territory.
  • Sell TTM production capabilities across the three plants. Responsible to provide all important customer order information to TTM customer service or (ACI) Account Managers to get orders processed quickly and efficiently.
  • In strategic planning role coordinate business planning, forecasts, and execution plan for the territory with Account Managers and Sales Management.
  • Single point of contact of assigned accounts to coordinate all production activities and maintain service levels to the customer. Must coordinate with outside Sales Reps to address customer needs.
  • Notify TTM of changes in market conditions, special customer needs/requirements.
  • In large volume production business, participate with team members to ensure the customer’s orders are efficiently executed.
  • Be available at all times to answer TTM customer service or production questions

Business Development
  • Identify new business opportunities. Responsible to identify new business trends and provide territory intelligence to Strategic planning/Marketing as a key resource for managing the account relationship and customer requirements. Coordinate all TTM resources to successfully grow sales in the assigned territory.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 to 6 years field selling experience in the PCB industry.  Developed selling relationships.

  • Knowledge: PCB Industry, knowledge of manufacturing processes, knowledge of selling techniques in prospecting, engaging, and closing sales.

  • Skill in:. Strong written and verbal communications skills, skill in gathering and translating information accurately.  Skill in determining customer specific needs and requirements and communicating those back to the plant.

  • Ability to:  Work independently and communicate effectively to ensure and efficient and smooth sales experience for the customer. Ability to manage the customer relationship and resolve conflict.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of  Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
