韩语电话技术支持工程师
Description -
职责:
1. 通过电话或Social平台形式为韩国客户提供专业的远程技术支持服务。
2. 按照流程给客户提供解决方案,并在系统上记录完整正确信息。
3. 对于特殊案例及时升级,并与其他团队合作解决客户问题。
4. 在规定时间内以最高质量,保证最终用户的需求得到响应与满足,积极关注客户体验并确保客户满意度。
要求:
1. 2025应届毕业生,专业不限;
2. 韩语精通(母语水平),语音语调标准,敬语使用熟练;
3. 熟练掌握办公软件以及网络操作环境;
4. 以客户为中心,能承受工作压力;
5. 工作主动积极,有良好的组织协调及沟通能力,敬业精神和团队协作能力,有优秀的客户服务意识,有较强的责任心和进取心.
