We’re a fast growing, Series A stage healthare AI company building a clinical operating system for MSK practices. We are revenue generating and are looking to carefully expand the team to help us scale to 1,000,000 patients and beyond!
The team is headquartered in NYC with a satellite office in Vancouver, BC. Much of our engineering team is remote - distributed throughout the US and Canada.
We live in Notion docs, Slack channels and Github with weekly meetings over Zoom. Meetings may feature honorary advisors, MedTech execs, and, if we’re lucky, Will’s cat or our Chief Pup Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations and follow-up sessions for patients in New Jersey.
Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patient goals and improve functional outcomes.
Educate patients on self-management techniques and injury prevention strategies.
Utilize telehealth platforms and digital tools to assess, treat, and track patient progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Active NJ Physical Therapy license in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in physical therapy practice. If new grad, must have strong orthopedic training and motivated.
Experience or willingness to work in a telehealth/virtual setting.
Comfortable working with the Medicare population.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in business growth and patient acquisition.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Comfort using digital health platforms and EMR systems.
Ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
Preferred: Active NPI number.
