Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead
Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, optimizing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The TA Lead will also leverage data-driven insights to enhance hiring efficiency and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to attract top talent.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Implement and manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for efficient recruitment tracking.
  • Monitor key hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all hiring activities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employer branding.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working with ATS and HR tech tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic recruitment decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple hiring needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in tech, finance, or fast-growing industries.
  • Knowledge of diversity hiring practices and inclusive recruitment strategies.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS).
