About the Member Marketing Associate at Headspace:

The Member Growth team at Headspace focuses on improving the health and happiness of the world by helping people connect with the mental health support available to them through their employer or health plan benefits. As a Member Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and enrollment amongst eligible populations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in member marketing communications, or partner engagement, with a passion for data-driven, member-first strategies.

What you will do:

Support the Development and Execution of Member Marketing Plans:
  • Build and manage members-first, data-driven marketing and communications plans, strategies, and playbooks for a portfolio of Employer and Health Plan accounts.
  • Work closely with our Client Success and Partner Success teams to assess competing priorities and optimize communication strategies for maximum impact, ensuring effective engagement of the eligible population
  • Proactively communicate assumptions and gain alignment with client executives to unlock new opportunities, ensuring efficient execution of enrollment campaigns.
  • Partner with the Implementation team to refine marketing strategies during key client launch periods.
  • Own execution of multi-channel member marketing campaigns, identifying barriers to enrollment and implementing optimizations to improve performance.Channels may include email, print, client-led, in-app notifications, SMS, events and more.
  • Leverage data to assess campaign performance, uncover trends, and iterate on marketing strategies. Ensure data-backed decision-making to refine engagement tactics.
  • Refine and implement content strategies within the Member Growth Playbook to help clients follow best practices.
  • Support in BoB data analysis and contribute insights to improve member marketing effectiveness.

What you will bring:

Required Skills:

  • Marketing Experience: 3+ years in marketing, communications, or partner engagement.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork and ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize strategies.
  • Execution-Oriented: Detail-focused, organized, and results-driven approach.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare, employer benefits is a plus.
  • Client Engagement: Work directly with client success teams and, when needed, client executives to refine marketing strategies and drive approvals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfort with marketing platforms and tools such as Figma, Asana, Salesforce, Brandfolder and data visualization tools.
  • Innovation: Eager to test new marketing strategies and improve processes.

Pay & Benefits:

The base salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skills and scope required, relevant licensure and certifications, and unique relevant experience and job-related skills. The base salary range for this role is $80,000-$94,000.
