Imagine Your Impact.

The Instructional Analyst for Accountability and Achievement works within the Accountability and Achievement department to ensure concept mastery and grade-level performance of secondary and elementary students. This position works with both internal and external partners to provide student achievement support through data analysis, course customizations, and quality assurance and auditing support. This role supports accreditation and evaluation efforts through process documentation and support. The position will be familiar with state-based assessments to allow any student that participates in these assessments' adequate preparation for optimal achievement on these tests.

Position Information: This is a regular, full-time salary position, reporting to the Accountability & Achievement Administrator

 

Compensation: Base pay is anticipated to be between $44,960 and $46,500 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

 

Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.

Envision Your Experience.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • In support of the instructional improvement plan, implements the Curriculum Accountability Project Roadmaps for School Services clients. Implements course customization process and procedures.
  • Completes audits to maintain instructional integrity and ascertain compliance to educational requirements such as NCAA, special education, course completion and course data, and FERPA.
  • Reviews curriculum, recommending instructional adaptations where necessary for elementary and secondary courses implemented by School Services.
  • Supports the instructional improvement plan through execution of quality assurance processes.
  • Supports Advanced Placement compliance through curriculum and implementation support.
  • Supports programs inspiring an inclusive, productive work culture.
  • Prepares staff development materials to promote awareness, instructional integrity, and compliance.
  • Performs other duties upon request.

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or related field preferred.
  • One or more years’ experience with the Edgenuity platform and courseware desired.
  • Two or more years’ work experience in a virtual or brick and mortar classroom setting, assessing learner’s strengths, and choosing appropriate strategies for an enriched learning experience preferred.an educational setting, virtual or brick and mortar, assessing learner’s strengths and choosing appropriate strategies for an enriched learning experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of educational laws regarding required student support and regulations.
  • High tolerance for repetitive tasks. Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, research, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Pays close attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed and able to
  • Handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality, results- driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible hours in a remote work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, online video chat and database software. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred. Working knowledge of NetSuite and Zoom is preferred Buzz LMS and Edgenuity LMS preferred.
  • Ability to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or provide proof of application within 7 days (upon hire).
