Role Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Associate, you work on all paid advertising efforts within the organization including: search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, paid affiliates, and more. You are a capable communicator and collaborator across multiple functions and stakeholders. You are a digital marketing professional, self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment. You are curious and innovative with a strong attention to detail and focus on results.

What you do each day:

  • Create, execute, monitor and optimize campaigns across existing paid marketing channels (Google Ads, Google Display, Youtube, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Paid Affiliates, etc.)
  • Work with internal teams to build resonate creative for our target audiences
  • Support and implement the build out of new strategies, landing pages, messaging, and creative to continually experiment and improve performance
  • Analyze and leverage internal reporting to understand performance and help deliver on strategy
  • Recommend improvements to our existing processes and workflow
  • Collaborate cross functionally with the marketing department to meet team initiatives and company goals

 

Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of experience in paid marketing, ideally with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Display Ads, & LinkedIn, TikTok
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, comfortable creating pivot tables, vlookups, charts etc.
  • Experience using UTM attribution a plus
  • CRM experience (Salesforce) or data visualization BI tools (Tableau) preferred

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $63,000-$78,000 + Equity. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
