Job Description

We are looking for a Franchise Performance Manager to partner with franchisees and help drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and overall profitability. This remote role requires occasional travel to our headquarters , and on-site visits with franchise owners.

Responsibilities
  • Coach & Support Franchisees – Guide franchise owners in optimizing operations, financial performance, and overall business strategy.

  • Drive Revenue Growth – Assist in refining sales strategies, membership acquisition, and retention tactics.

  • Financial & P&L Analysis – Help franchisees interpret financials, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve profitability.

  • Operational Excellence – Provide best practices in gym management, staffing, and customer experience.

  • Performance Monitoring – Work closely with franchisees to set goals, track KPIs, and enhance overall studio performance.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in operating a fitness business, preferably within a franchise network.

  • Strong sales background, with a track record of success in membership sales and retention.

  • Proven ability to analyze P&L statements and provide strategic financial guidance.

  • Coaching experience in sales and general operations within a gym or fitness business.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively mentor franchisees.
