What you'll be doing:
- Drive the future of our Salesforce division—identify business needs and design impactful solutions.
- Define architecture, map out project delivery, and lead the implementation of impactful Salesforce solutions.
- Take charge of system design discussions, bringing creative insights and long-term strategies to the table.
- Be a thought leader—pioneer new Salesforce features, integrations, and standard processes.
- Stay ahead of the curve, applying the latest Salesforce advancements to optimise CRM solutions and user experience.
- Champion best engineering practices, ensuring smooth integrations and top-tier platform performance.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.
- Ability to tackle technical challenges, boost performance, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, with a deep understanding of integrations and data architecture.
- Align technical solutions with long-term business goals and build cohesive roadmaps.
- Confident in guiding multi-functional teams, influencing technical direction.
It would be great if you had:
- Experience with Financial Service Cloud or Health Cloud.

Salary: up to £110,000
