Your future duties and responsibilities

• Analysis of business needs, processes, and information systems
• Requirement specification of information systems
• Task description and specification for developers
• Preparation of technical documentation
• User trainings and consultations
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Proven knowledge of IT business analysis field
• 2+ years of experience in information system development and implementation projects
• Understanding of information system development cycle
• Certificate in business analysis (ECBA, BCS foundation, or similar) - would be an advantage
• Experience in business process modeling tools (BPMN or similar) - would be an advantage
• General knowledge of programming, software testing, and databases
• Analytical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills
• Fluent in Lithuanian (speaking, reading, writing) and good written and verbal English skills
