Role Overview:

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Business Analyst to join an international project while working normal Lithuanian hours. The role involves replacing an existing BA, with full onboarding and support from the team. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, ensuring smooth collaboration between stakeholders and developers, and supporting the team with requirement clarifications.

Must-Have Requirements:

Proven experience in business analysis for software or information systems development.
Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Fluency in Lithuanian and English.
