We are searching for the best talent for Facilities Administrator to be in Grecia, Alajuela.
Purpose
As an FM Engineering Administrative, support on the technical administrative activities related to FM. Support on the flow process on the documentation lifecycle process
You Will Be Responsible For
Search for relevant documentation related to Work Instruction and Job plans for their approval cycle from their generation to the effectiveness of the document in the quality systems.
Follow-up with the different reviewers to ensure compliance with the effectiveness in a timely manner
Updating the documentation if there are changes in the design, construction and future processes and follow-up according to the document approval cycle.
Support during walkdowns to follow up on the punch list of the different mechanical, electrical and control systems in conjunction with the supervisor to ensure their commissioning before delivery of the equipment to FM.
Track on activities progress not only for FM also the inputs required from other areas to finalize the documentation for C&Q and projects related as EHS, Quality and Operations.
Support in doc controls for FM including contracts, assets registers, purchase orders, etc.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in industry processes, in a critical equipment is a plus. (chilled water, purified water, compressed air, HVAC system, transformers, electrical boards and panels, variable frequency drives, control and automation)
Basic knowledge in engineering codes ANSI, NFPA, local codes.
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Promoting a culture of compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the team.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong adherence to EHS requirements.
English Language: Basic
Travelling: 10% (international)
Technical diploma on electrical, mechanical or industrial, electro-mechanical engineer. Administration
Diploma with experience in Facilities.
