The Sales Operations Analyst plays a key role within our sales team, responsible for transforming executive strategies into actionable plans through daily processes and tools. This individual is dedicated to maximizing the team’s performance by establishing and enforcing best practices that bring out the highest potential in each team member.

What You'll Do:

  • Review and Process Service Orders: Accurately review, process, and approve sales orders to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Governance: Implement and maintain governance standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Oversee governance issues and handle time-sensitive approvals with efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales orders and related documentation. Review and approve pre-signature proposals.
  • Utilize CRM software, specifically Salesforce CRM and CPQ as well as HubSpot, alongside other data sources to inform decision-making processes, suggest enhancements, and compile performance reports.
  • Manage routine tasks such as monitoring goal progression, data entry, report updates, and providing administrative assistance to sales representatives.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute sales reports to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, business operations, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Implement executive directives into practical operations using established daily procedures and tools.
  • Automate processes to reduce manual work and streamline business operations, such as automating finance approvals like deal discounts to expedite sales closures.
  • Data Management: Maintain and update sales data in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Proven experience in a sales operation’s role with a strong track record of converting leadership vision into operational success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce CRM and CPQ; familiarity with ConnectWise and HubSpot is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data to make informed recommendations for business improvement.
  • Strong organizational abilities coupled with excellent administrative skills to support a dynamic sales force.

This a remote position with minimal travel.
