​​Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates

Job Role: Virtual Assistant/Admin Support 

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australia) 

Salary range: $1500 AUD / Monthly (depending on expertise and assessment during the client's interview)

Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies directly hire top 5% remote talent in the Philippines. You will be hired directly by the client, typically as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.

Who The Client Is:

The client is a real estate sales director who is looking for someone to assist with sales administration tasks.


Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and texts from clients. 
  • Scheduling appointments and handling inquiries 
  • Managing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. 
  • Preparing and submitting paperwork for real estate transactions. 
  • Maintaining and updating real estate databases. 
  • Managing office supplies and equipment. 
  • Handling invoices, payments, and expenses. 
  • Other adhoc tasks as deemed necessary 









Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant 
  • Advantage: background working for a real estate company 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with real estate software or CRM systems (a plus).
  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and procedures (a plus).
