Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, overseeing the recruitment team, and ensuring that the organization attracts and hires top-tier talent. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, process improvement mindset, and a deep understanding of hiring trends and best practices.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies

  • Create and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract the highest quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.

Recruitment Team Leadership

  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective hiring.
  • Set performance metrics and ensure the team achieves recruitment goals and meets deadlines.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

  • Oversee the sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates to ensure a high-quality selection process.
  • Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to find qualified candidates.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.

Employer Branding

  • Work with marketing and other departments to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.

Hiring Process Management

  • Ensure a smooth and effective hiring process, from job requisition creation to offer acceptance.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure proper onboarding for new hires.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and use data to improve processes, optimize hiring strategies, and measure team performance.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and technologies.

What you'll bring

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interview techniques, and candidate selection methods.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and candidates.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment and knowledge of HR metrics.
  • Service excellence mindset
  • Process improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR).
  • Familiarity with Workday is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $105k - $125k.
