Assist attorneys with family law cases, including divorces, child custody, alimony, and child support. Calculate child support payments based on applicable guidelines and financial data. Draft legal documents, including petitions, agreements, pleadings, and correspondence. Manage case files, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates. Interact with clients, providing updates, gathering necessary information, and answering inquiries. Conduct legal research on family law statutes and case precedents. Answer and make phone calls to clients, courts, and other relevant parties. File legal documents with courts and maintain compliance with deadlines. Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and evidence.

Core responsibilities:

Min of 5 years Proven Experience in family law or related legal fields is highly desirable. Strong understanding of divorce proceedings, alimony, and child support laws. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
