Job description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Technical Recruiter who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

Salary Range:  PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

The Role
  • Talent Acquisition & Sourcing 
    • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. 
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
    • Leverage ATS and CRM tools to track candidates and optimize hiring workflows.
  • Screening & Candidate Management 
    • Conduct initial phone/video screens to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the Client's needs. 
    • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. 
    • Provide timely feedback and guidance to both candidates and internal stakeholders. 
    • Manage and improve candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and engagement throughout the hiring process. 
  • Hiring Strategy & Collaboration 
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted hiring strategies. 
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience 
    • Work with marketing and leadership teams to enhance the Client's employer brand and attract top talent. 
    • Develop and implement initiatives that showcase company culture, employee success stories, and career growth opportunities. 
  • Onboarding 
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 
    • Monitor key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience scores. 

Must-have
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS, startup, or technology-driven 
  • environment. 
  • Proven ability to source and attract top talent across multiple functions (Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.). 
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation. 
  • Strong understanding of interview techniques, hiring best practices, and employment laws. 
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. 
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while juggling multiple priorities
