Your Tasks

You design and develop scalable backend services and architecture, focusing on Go, Python, and PHP

You act as a backup for the frontend team, supporting React & JavaScript projects when needed

You work on high-impact solutions and develop AI, Analytics and Data features in Xentral

You support the Xentral Core, refactoring the monolithic system and evaluating microservice transitions

Your Profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in backend development with Go, Python and PHP, with strong architecture skills

You are comfortable working with React & JavaScript and have a good understanding of SQL

You have experience mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence in a team

You enjoy working on AI-driven projects and building intelligent, data-driven features

You speak fluently English and ideally German
