Job Description
Founded by The Allstate Corporation in 2016, Arity is a fully remote data and analytics company focused on improving transportation. We collect and analyze enormous amounts of data, using predictive analytics to build solutions with a single goal in mind: to make transportation smarter, safer and more useful for everyone.Maintain and manage a comprehensive content calendar including publish dates for content.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and other teams as appropriate to create content that aligns with business goals and addresses customer pain points. Content formats could include blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers, eBooks, newsletters, and video scripts.
Optimize content for SEO to improve search rankings, drive traffic, and enhance content visibility.
Utilize AI tools and other resources for content research, content outlining, and performance optimization.
Analyze content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
Write error-free, high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and objectives and maintains editorial standards.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into B2B and B2C content creation.
Adapt technical content for a broader audience, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
The day-to-day:
Content creation + AI-enhanced research and SEO: Create buyer pain point-focused content that supports lead qualification and generation. This activity may include writing, desk research, subject matter expert interviews, and more, leveraging AI when appropriate.
Web production: Make updates to existing webpages and create new pages as needed.
Content performance + Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to monitor content performance, optimize content, and identify pieces to revamp or repurpose.
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in B2B content creation, with at least 1 year focused on SaaS or technology-related industries.
A working understanding of SEO practices and content optimization techniques.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML
Highly proficient in writing long-form content (such as blog posts, tip sheets, articles, eBooks) and short-form content (webpage updates, email newsletters). In your application, please include 3-5 links to your previous work.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for making complex concepts easy to understand.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with constructive feedback and eager to refine your writing through collaboration.
Creative problem solver with a proactive, action-oriented approach to content execution.
Strong collaboration skills, comfortable working remotely and digitally engaging with teams.
Strong research skills with the ability to stay current on industry trends and leverage AI for content optimization.
4-year bachelor's degree (Preferred)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with one or more of the following tools: Workfront or similar project management tool, Google Analytics, SEMRush

Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
