This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and other company systems.
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper files.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Provide general administrative assistance to team members as needed.
- Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and calendars.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of team members.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
- Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and external partners.
- Screen and direct inquiries and requests to the appropriate person.
- Conduct research on various topics and provide summaries and insights.
- Compile information from different sources.
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy workspace.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry and administrative roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.
Schedule:
- This is a part-time position with 3 working days per week.
- The schedule can be flexible, and specific hours can be discussed during the interview.
