The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Americas sales team to support current and future passenger vehicle automotive aftermarket business. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for maintaining pricing records, quoting, preparing reports and assisting with sales related requests while interfacing with customers and colleagues for ongoing business support.

About the Job:

Price Quoting and Order Management

  • Track, prepare, and submit all price quotes to assigned customers using the Littelfuse quoting system and required customer portals.

  • Review purchase orders from customers for accuracy against quotations and follow up on necessary corrections.

  • Maintain price tables for assigned customers and ensure pricing is current and accurate in SAP.

  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports based on business needs.

Customer Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments on customer requests for samples, surveys, product information, and technical support.

Credit and Account Management

  • Work with credit analysts and sales managers to support the resolution of customer disputes and past-due invoices.

  • Submit requests for credit/debit approvals using the Littelfuse SharePoint system.

  • Support the new account setup process by obtaining proper documentation and information from customer contacts.

  • Attend PVB Americas weekly team meetings and other customer or internal meetings as required.

About You:

Education:

  • Bachelor or university degree

Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience. Familiarity with manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis or previous similar roles.

  • Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred

  • Knowledge in MS Office. Vlook-Ups, Graphs, and Pivot Tables in Excel is a plus

  • With low frequency, the ability to travel to the United States is required

  • Strong analytical, organization and communication skills.

  • Results oriented, problem-solving skills, attention to detail

  • High attention to detail.

  • Located near Piedras Negras plant preferred, but not required
