We’re seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to spearhead our client’s online presence across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an innovative social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, tailored to the unique needs of a B2B financial services company
  • Create and curate engaging, industry-relevant content that resonates with potential clients and establishes our client as a thought leader in the CFO services space
  • Grow and engage the company’s follower base organically through strategic content planning and community management
  • Optimize posts and campaigns using your in-depth knowledge of social media algorithms to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation
  • Conduct regular analysis of social media metrics and adjust strategies to ensure optimal performance and ROI
  • Stay at the cutting edge of social media trends and best practices, particularly those relevant to B2B and financial services marketing
  • Collaborate with the client’s team to align social media efforts with overall business goals and marketing initiatives
  • Generate and nurture high-quality leads through targeted social media campaigns and engagement strategies


Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for B2B companies, with a preference for experience in financial services or related industries (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
  • Demonstrated ability to grow social media followings and engagement rates from the ground up
  • Expert knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and basic graphic design abilities
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into engaging social media content
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with financial services industry trends and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
