We're actively seeking a dynamic individual to embrace the role of Social Media Manager at ttcInnovations. As a passionate and ambitious self-starter, you'll spearhead the creation of our strategy, cultivating and engaging our community to transform it into a powerful marketing channel that propels our core business value drivers forward. We're on the lookout for someone who not only has a results-driven mindset and a passion for community building but also possesses a flair for creativity in copywriting and content creation. Your ability to swiftly generate compelling content, work autonomously, and fearlessly experiment is crucial. Consistently upholding posting frequency and community engagement standards is a must.  

 

Responsibilities 


Social Audit + Strategy Development: 

  • Conduct analysis of current social media presence, evaluating platform performance, content, and engagement metrics with a focus on developing actionable recommendations. 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive business goals, increase brand awareness, and encourage engagement. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the social media strategy. 

Platform Management: 

  • Manage ttcInnovations’ social platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Threads, and TikTok. 
  • Schedule and maintain a predetermined social media posting  
  • Implement and maintain sound social media SEO tactics aligned with keyword and SEO strategies. 

Content Strategy + Creation: 

  • Collaborate to create a consistent content calendar, ensuring alignment with other marketing campaigns. 
  • Generate engaging content across various social media platforms, including copy, images, GIFs, graphics, and video content. 
  • Utilize relevant generative AI tools such as Chat GPT, Copy.ai (including workflows), Opus clip, HubSpot, and Canva to repurpose, scale, and automate content creation.

Analytics + Reporting: 

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Provide weekly reports on social media performance to the marketing team.

Experience + Skills 

  • Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices 
  • Proficient knowledge in social SEO best practices including keywording and optimization 
  • Strong copywriting, graphic design, and digital communication skills 
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools. 
  • Strong eye for design and ability to adhere/uphold brand standards 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail 
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions. 
  • 5+ years’ experience in social media marketing 
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of education/experience  
  • Preferred experience with Canva, Cap Cut, Opus Clip, HubSpot, Copy.ai, and Tailwind

Compensation$65,000-68,000
