Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM PST with 1hr unpaid break

About the Role: 


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Assistant to help streamline our sales processes, manage administrative tasks, and support client communications. This role is critical in ensuring our sales team operates efficiently while delivering exceptional service to our clients.



Responsibilities: 
  • Sales Support: Assist with lead management, follow-ups, CRM updates, and sales reporting.
  • Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, schedule calls, and provide pre/post-sales support.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage emails, calendar scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Proposal & Contract Assistance: Help draft proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Research & Data Management: Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and maintain sales databases.
  • Social Media & Outreach: Assist with LinkedIn outreach, email sequences, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Task Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or as a virtual assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, Zoom).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
