This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm West End, QLD
  • Includes 30 minute paid break
  • Commissions will be provided for hitting targets

  • Strive to achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and loan approval values, directly contributing to the company’s growth
  • Provide initial consultations on mortgage products and services, showcasing your knowledge of the Australian property market
  • Schedule and coordinate follow-up calls between qualified leads and mortgage brokers, ensuring a smooth transition in the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and products in the Australian mortgage industry, continuously enhancing your expertise
  • Collaborate closely with brokers to understand their specific requirements and tailor your lead generation approach accordingly

Requirements
  • Proven track record in lead generation within the Australian mortgage brokering or financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Hubspot, with the ability to efficiently manage and update customer data
  • Strong understanding of the Australian mortgage market, financial products, and current industry trends
  • Self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Resilient personality with the capacity to maintain a positive attitude when facing rejection during cold calling
  • Basic understanding of loan servicing processes and document requirements in the mortgage industry
