We are looking for a Senior iOS Engineer to join a fast-paced team developing a high-traffic skill-based gaming platform with 200K-300K monthly active users (MAU). If you thrive in UI-heavy development, architectural transitions, and scalable feature delivery, this role is for you!

🛠 Key Responsibilities

📲 iOS Development & Feature Acceleration

• ✔ Work primarily on the iOS Launcher App, handling game selection, offers, payments, contests, and user interactions.
• ✔ Focus on small feature work across multiple areas, improving core app stability and accelerating feature delivery.
• ✔ Implement UI-heavy development while ensuring maintainability and scalability.

🛠 Codebase & Architecture

• ✔ Work on a 3-year-old app with 100K+ lines of code, transitioning towards cleaner architecture patterns (MVVM+C).
• ✔ Collaborate with a small but highly skilled team (3-5 engineers) and a Lead Engineer based in San Francisco (Pacific Time Zone).
• ✔ Leverage Swift, Firebase, REST APIs, and CocoaPods to optimize app performance and stability.

🚀 Agile Development & Deployment

• ✔ Follow a Kanban-based workflow with bi-weekly releases using feature flags (no large feature branches).
• ✔ Maintain high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code while ensuring quick feature rollouts.
• ✔ Optimize for speed vs. maintainability when working on UI-related improvements.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Experience

✅ Must-Have:

• 🔹 5+ years of iOS development experience.
• 🔹 Strong expertise in Swift & MVVM+C architecture.
• 🔹 Experience integrating with Firebase & REST APIs.
• 🔹 Solid knowledge of CocoaPods for dependency management.
• 🔹 Strong focus on UI-heavy development and maintainable code.
• 🔹 Ability to quickly adapt to an existing Swift codebase.
• 🔹 Availability until 3 PM Pacific Time for collaboration.
• 🔹 Advanced English communication skills (written & spoken).
