Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product information, account management, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various teams to strengthen service delivery and enhance customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate assistance.
  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships and ensure a positive service experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, especially in the tobacco or related sectors is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and organizational skills.
