Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Electronics Support Specialist – Remote in Greece. Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert technical support to Dutch-speaking customers for a variety of electronic devices through phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Maintain clear communication to understand customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with product installation, configuration, and overall usage guidance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
  • Create and update helpful documentation and resources to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
  • Experience in electronics support or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with electronic devices and customer support methodologies is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles is a plus.
