Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Engage with customers to deeply understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in continuous training to stay updated on the latest products and services.
  • Provide constructive feedback on customer experiences to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to customer service.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new technologies.
  • Open to relocating to Greece and adapting to a new culture.
