Responsibilities
  • Provide exemplary customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about bookings, schedules, service details, and policies.
  • Effectively resolve any customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on open cases.
  • Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
  • Keep customers informed about service updates, travel regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the transportation or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard productivity tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
