Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and brand standards.
• Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Identify, report, and address any inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
• Analyze user interactions to gather insights that enhance community engagement.
• Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistency during moderation.
• Collaborate with team members to establish and implement effective best practices for content moderation.
• Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to support continuous improvement in community management.

Requirements

• Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and content moderation practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations and provide constructive feedback professionally.
• Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
