Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the consumer goods or appliances sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
